GT is seeking a hands-on Head of Finance to evolve the finance function from an operational setup into a structured, scalable, and business-oriented department.
The role involves working directly with the CEO to assess current gaps, define priorities, and improve financial visibility, reporting, and automation.
This is a leadership position that requires balancing high-level strategic discussions with operational finance tasks.

Take end-to-end ownership of the finance function, defining priorities and establishing processes and controls.
Partner with the CEO to provide financial insights, recommendations, and challenge on costs, investments, and profitability.
Lead and develop the internal Finance Controller and coordinate external accountants and auditors.
Oversee the quality of bookkeeping, reconciliations, accounting records, and financial data.
Own and improve management reporting, including P&L, cash flow, budget versus actuals, and margin analysis.
Develop budgeting, forecasting, and scenario-planning capabilities.
Assess the financial viability of business initiatives, investments, and new projects.
Supervise operational finance processes including invoicing, payments, contractor payouts, and approval workflows.
Support financial operations involving foreign clients and non-resident entities.
Coordinate local annual audits and ensure documentation is accurate and submitted on time.

7+ years of experience in finance, accounting, financial control, audit, or management reporting.
Previous experience in IT, software development, IT outsourcing, SaaS, or international service-based business.
Experience taking broad ownership of a finance function or significant finance area in a scaling company.
Strong practical understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and month-end/year-end closing.
Experience preparing and interpreting management reports such as P&L, cash flow, and profitability analysis.
Experience working with foreign clients, non-resident entities, international invoicing, and cross-border payments.
Experience managing or supervising finance professionals and coordinating external providers.
Hands-on experience with finance operations including invoicing, payments, and receivables.
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for modeling, analysis, and data validation.
Advanced written and spoken English.
