Ema is seeking an IT Engineer to own the corporate IT environment end to end as the company scales.
This role focuses on running corporate IT while systematically automating it using agentic tooling to remove manual work.

Treat every recurring manual task as an automation candidate, extending existing systems and leveraging AI coding tools to design autonomous workflows.
Shift JML lifecycles, including global employee onboarding, Okta/SCIM provisioning, and access reviews from ticket-driven processes to policy-driven automation.
Programmatically maintain tool inventories, track utilization, and reclaim unused licenses automatically.
Manage fleet MDM while automating OS patching, encryption baselines, and continuous drift detection.
Generate audit evidence for SOC 2, ISO 27001, and AI governance frameworks as a continuous byproduct of automated operations.
Standardize IT runbooks, manage integration registries, and deliver Tier 1/2 support with defined SLAs.
Act as the in-house expert for Finance and HR when tool or subscription administration hits a snag - from access and licensing to renewals and billing questions.

Strong drive to eliminate repetitive work using AI coding tools, Python/Bash scripting, and API integrations.
0–2 years of experience managing Cloud/SaaS infrastructure, Okta/IdP, Google Workspace, and MDM platforms.
Strict adherence to security protocols, precise documentation habits, and sound judgment when handling compliance risks.
Exceptional clarity in technical writing and verbal communication, as you will be the primary interface for internal stakeholders and will need to maintain clear, concise documentation for all automated processes.
