The IT Manager at Sony Music Sweden is responsible for ensuring a stable, secure, and functional digital work environment for employees.
This role combines operational IT tasks with the coordination of support, Microsoft 365, local systems, external vendors, and the global IT organization.
The position is based in Stockholm and requires working from the office five days a week.

Ensure the local IT environment is stable, secure, and user-friendly.
Lead and follow up on daily IT support, handle escalations, and ensure employees receive appropriate assistance.
Manage computers, networks, meeting rooms, IT equipment, accounts, and permissions.
Ensure well-functioning IT processes for onboarding and offboarding.
Manage Microsoft 365 and business-critical systems.
Coordinate between the business, global IT teams, developers, and external vendors.
Maintain documentation, routines, and permission management.
Coordinate recurring checks and activities related to compliance and IT security.
Follow up on costs, recurring issues, and improvement needs, and drive relevant actions.

Relevant experience in operational IT, IT Operations, Digital Workplace, or IT management.
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows, and macOS.
Experience with networks, client management, meeting rooms, and AV.
Experience with user support and vendor management.
Experience with processes for onboarding, offboarding, permissions, licenses, and IT equipment.
Ability to work structurally with documentation, processes, and follow-up.
Understanding of information security, permission models, compliance, and internal control.
Ability to communicate clearly in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing.
