About the role
- Fresh Prints is seeking a Jr. HR Associate (Talent Acquisition) to join their high-performing Recruitment team in the Philippines.
- This remote role focuses on strategy, execution, talent acquisition, and building long-term candidate pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Support prospecting and headhunting efforts, including nurturing relationships early and building long-term pipelines
- Source candidates from diverse channels and screen resumes and applications with a strong quality bar
- Take hands-on ownership of role coordination to stay closely involved in progress, blockers, and outcomes for each role
- Conduct interviews and coordinate multiple rounds of assessments
- Partner closely with hiring managers to align on role expectations, feedback, and hiring timelines
- Communicate clearly with management and team members to provide regular status updates
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed in a fast-moving startup environment
Requirements
- 6+ months of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
- Strong attention to detail with relentless follow-up
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in a start-up environment
- Experience in-house recruitment

- $400 base + $40 night shift allowance monthly

- Working Hours: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM Philippine Time, Monday to Friday
