About the role
- The Junior Community Specialist will manage and grow the Golf Rival community by driving player-centric initiatives and fostering engagement.
- This role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to translate player feedback into actionable insights for game development.
- The position requires acting as the voice of the players and the game to ensure a positive and connected community experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage channel structure, permissions, and health across core Golf Rival community platforms like Facebook Groups.
- Track key channel metrics and identify opportunities to optimize performance.
- Moderate community interactions and serve as the point of contact for moderator teams.
- Respond to player inquiries and provide updates on service outages and live issues.
- Collect, organize, and share player feedback with internal teams to influence feature development.
- Build relationships with prominent community members.
- Write clear patch notes, updates, and announcements for community platforms.
- Translate technical news and complex features into player-friendly educational content.
- Assist in executing community activations and giveaways.
Requirements
- Background in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, PR, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in community management, social media management, or a similar user-facing field.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Active gamer familiar with online gaming spaces.
- Up to date with the latest gaming trends and mobile games.
- Passionate about building communities and connecting with end-users.

Workplace
- Hybrid position based in Belgrade.
- 3+2 hybrid model: Monday to Wednesday in the office, Thursday and Friday are optional remote days.
