The Lead Cloud Engineer (Azure) will design, author, and maintain reusable Terraform modules and deployment pipelines for the Azure Enterprise Data environment.
This role involves implementing three-plane architecture and managing hybrid multi-cloud networking between Azure and Google Cloud.

Design, author, and maintain reusable Terraform modules and deployment pipelines for the Azure Enterprise Data environment.
Implement and manage three-plane architecture across Azure subscriptions for stage/prod and dev/test environments.
Configure secure private networking and connectivity between Azure and Google Cloud Advanced Data Lake.
Deploy and configure Azure services including AKS, Azure Database for PostgreSQL, Blob Storage, Key Vault, ACR, and Azure Artifacts.
Integrate Entra ID sign-in with RBAC, least-privilege permissions, and SailPoint-governed groups.
Configure centralized logging and monitoring via Azure Monitor while ensuring PHI is excluded from telemetry.
Deploy and operate Apache Airflow, Milvus, and Neo4j operators on AKS.
Configure GPU node pools for custom workloads on Azure Kubernetes Service.

Expert-level experience with Microsoft Azure enterprise data platforms and hybrid multi-cloud architectures.
Proven experience deploying and operating Apache Airflow, Milvus, and Neo4j operators on Azure Kubernetes Service.
Deep proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform and Spacelift/Terraform Enterprise.
Experience with CI/CD pipeline implementation via Azure DevOps and GitHub Enterprise.
Strong working knowledge of HIPAA/PHI compliance controls and data residency restrictions.
Knowledge of encryption standards and secure SDLC practices.
