About the role
- The Senior IT Administrator will serve as a subject matter expert for endpoint management, Microsoft administration, identity and access management, and IT automation.
- This role is responsible for designing and implementing scalable solutions to improve the reliability, security, and efficiency of IT operations.
- The position provides advanced technical support and high-touch service to executives and executive assistants while serving as an escalation point for complex issues.
Responsibilities
- Administer Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro for Windows and macOS endpoint management.
- Manage Windows Autopilot and Apple Automated Device Enrollment for zero-touch deployment.
- Configure and maintain Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Manage Microsoft Defender for Office 365 email protection and security policies.
- Implement Microsoft Purview Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.
- Design and implement IT automations and integrations using Workato, Okta Workflows, and PowerShell.
- Configure and maintain ServiceNow solutions including workflows and Flow Designer.
- Provide high-touch, white-glove technical support to executives and executive assistants.
- Build, configure, and support Zoom Rooms and associated conference room AV technologies.
- Develop and maintain standardized endpoint configurations in partnership with Information Security.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of progressive experience in IT administration, systems administration, or endpoint management.
- Extensive hands-on experience administering Windows and macOS enterprise environments.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro.
- Strong experience with Windows Autopilot and Apple Automated Device Enrollment.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft Defender.
- Experience with Okta and Okta Workflows.
- Strong PowerShell scripting experience.
- Experience designing and implementing IT system integrations and automations.
- Demonstrated ability to provide high-touch support to C-Level executives.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Graph API and advanced PowerShell automation.
- Experience developing ServiceNow solutions including catalog items and Flow Designer.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with Okta, Microsoft 365, HR systems, or endpoint management platforms.
- Experience with enterprise networking, certificate-based authentication, or Wi-Fi technologies.
- Relevant Microsoft, Jamf, Okta, or ServiceNow technical certifications.
