About the role
- The Lead Expert is a full-time, commission-driven sales professional and floor leader based in Canoga Park.
- This role involves driving revenue through individual sales, proactive lead generation, and CRM management while coaching peers and overseeing store operations in the manager's absence.
Responsibilities
- Consistently meet and exceed individual monthly sales targets and commission accelerators
- Proactively engage walk-by traffic and educate customers on the Peloton portfolio
- Assist the Store Manager with total-store CRM management and auditing leads
- Act as the designated floor lead to provide in-the-moment coaching to Experts
- Ensure seamless store operations when the Store Manager is absent
- Facilitate engaging, hands-on product demonstrations
- Represent the brand with integrity to build long-term loyalty
- Contribute to daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and event setup
Requirements
- 2+ years of retail sales experience
- History of exceeding targets in a premium or commission-based environment
- Proven ability to mentor peers and lead by example
- Experience managing a book of business and auditing leads within a CRM platform
- Passion for health and wellness
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to bend and lift items weighing 35 lbs or more
- Ability to physically demonstrate Peloton products
