- Zenoti is seeking a Lead Product Manager (SaaS + AI) to develop and articulate a clear vision and strategic direction for data products.
- The role involves overseeing technical design and architectural decisions, implementing data governance frameworks, and driving collaboration across engineering, data science, and business teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate a clear vision and strategic direction for our data products.
- Work closely with senior management to ensure alignment with the organization’s overall objectives and the specific needs of our customers.
- Oversee the technical design and architectural decisions for building scalable and efficient data products.
- Ensure products are designed to leverage our data assets effectively.
- Implement data governance frameworks and establish data quality and consistency standards across Data Lake and other platforms.
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards.
- Facilitate collaboration across engineering, data science, and business teams.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and ensure that developed solutions meet these specifications.
- Conduct user research to gather insights into user needs and pain points.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators for data products to evaluate success and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- 8+ years of work experience as a Product manager in Reporting and Analytics areas of the product
- Working knowledge of current analytical technologies, data warehouse design and business intelligence best practices
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Effective communication skills, capable of explaining complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A good understanding of mobile, web and cloud technology space
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- A Master’s degree is preferred.
