About the role
- Welltech is seeking a Lead/Senior Product Manager to own product development for shared capabilities that power a portfolio of wellness apps generating hundreds of millions in ARR.
- The role involves shaping the product experience across YogaGo, Muscle Booster, and WalkFit as they relaunch on a new, shared tech stack.
- You will have cross-functional authority to build foundational capabilities like onboarding, personalization, and content discovery.
Responsibilities
- Own the onboarding and activation experience across YogaGo, Muscle Booster, and WalkFit as all three relaunch on a brand-new shared tech stack.
- Define how shared capabilities like welcome experience, content discovery, and personalization get built as reusable foundations.
- Design and run experiments focused on activation and reactivation.
- Push beyond long-form-only browsing into modular, quick-access experiences for content discovery.
- Manage and mentor a small product team, and build day-to-day partnerships with marketing and engineering leadership.
- Build working prototypes yourself, AI-assisted where it helps, so ideas get tested.
Requirements
- A proven track record building and scaling direct-to-consumer, mobile-first products.
- Real experience working alongside performance marketing.
- A track record of shipping features that measurably moved activation, engagement, or retention.
- Sharp communication and stakeholder instincts to bring marketing and engineering into alignment.
- Comfortable enough with AI tools to turn a rough idea into something tangible on your own.
- A background forged in scale-up or startup environments.
