Gather and define project requirements and client workflows.
Conduct gap analysis between application capabilities and customer requirements.
Collaborate with Architects and Developers to define solution recommendations.
Estimate project impact including resource allocation and hours.
Draft and maintain requirements documents, functional specifications, and project tickets.
Serve as an internal subject matter expert on the implemented solution.
Support QA and UAT processes to ensure requirements are met.
Proactively identify and address project risks throughout the lifecycle.
Provide guidance to client success teams on technical capabilities and infrastructure needs.
Recommend and institute best practices, methodologies, and tools.

5+ years of experience with software implementation from requirement through design, development, and user acceptance.
4+ years of experience using Snowflake.
Management experience in similar roles.
Experience contributing to project documentation including BRDs, specifications, SOWs, and LOEs.
Ability to understand and represent end-user needs in a software development environment.
Strong consultative and advisory skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Bachelor's degree or higher in a technology-related field or relevant implementation experience.
Must be willing to travel.
