The International Compensation & Benefits manager is a key leadership role responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization's compensation and benefits programs for the international region.
This position leads the C&B domains across over 15 countries including the UK, Israel, Germany, the Netherlands, France, Czech Republic, Singapore, Australia, and Japan.

Collaborate with global NiCE Centers of Excellence to design and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives
Design, implement and communicate all Compensation and Benefits programs within the region
Analyze market trends and benchmark data to ensure competitive and attractive compensation and benefits packages
Collaborate with external vendors to manage benefit plans and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Lead international pension programs, including governance, benchmarking, vendor management, implementation and employee communications
Provide professional support and best practices and lead change management plans for managers and HR business partners
Maintain knowledge and understanding of local regulations, ensuring compliance with local programs and practices
Manage cross C&B projects and initiatives, writing policies and driving process improvements and operational excellence
Support mergers, acquisitions and organizational changes through compensation and benefits due diligence, integration planning and harmonization analysis
Identify and implement opportunities to improve employee and HR experiences through automation, AI-enabled solutions, process simplification and digital self-service tools

B.A in Financial Management (Economics / Accounting)
7+ years of C&B experience in a global software company
C&B experience in regional Compensation and Benefits management, leading country-specific benefits programs
Experience in design, implementation and communication of C&B programs
Experience in educating, mentoring and training business leaders and HR professionals on C&B related topics
Strong understanding of HR operations, policies, and procedures
In-depth knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations
Advanced knowledge of Excel
