About the role
- This is a global leadership role, based in Costa Rica and reporting directly to senior leadership in the United States, sitting at the intersection of Manufacturing, IT and Data.
- The role involves driving manufacturing systems and data initiatives across global operations while connecting technology with the realities of the manufacturing floor.
Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives related to manufacturing systems, ERP and MES environments, data integration, digital operations, reporting and visualization
- Partner closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality and IT teams across the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of experience in Manufacturing Systems
- 5+ Experience in regulated manufacturing environments and Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management and Operations Systems
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, systems and data
- Experience with ERP, MES, system integrations and manufacturing data environments
- Advanced English proficiency (C1)
- Valid U.S. visa and availability to travel regularly to the United States
