Design the strategy, execute, and optimize regional plans across Italy, translating and adapting national marketing frameworks to high-impact local campaigns
Own and deploy the regional budget across different channels
Partner closely with high-profile local restaurant accounts and commercial stakeholders to co-create high-visibility activation campaigns
Monitor regional KPIs, market trends, and competitive movements closely, using data to continuously iterate activation tactics and maximize ROI
Act as the strategic bridge between the central marketing engine and local field teams to ensure flawless, synchronized strategies and execution

Significant experience in consultancy or trade marketing
Strong analytical capabilities to design strategies, evaluate campaign effectiveness and efficiency, and optimize regional budgets
Exceptional knowledge of regional nuances, local media opportunities, and cultural levers across key Italian territories
Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills to manage commercial stakeholders and align internal cross-functional teams
Full professional proficiency in both English and Italian
