As an analyst at Agoda, you will design and develop data and AI capabilities that drive the team's capabilities.
Collaborate across diverse functional teams to ensure data and AI solutions meet business needs and improve workflows.
Work on special initiatives as the data and AI expert while being Toronto-based and remote.

Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest, transform, and serve data from Agoda Systems and third-party tools and logs.
Develop and optimize data models (e.g., warehouse tables, marts, views) that power reporting, monitoring, forecasting, QA, and experimentation.
Ensure data quality, reliability, and observability.
Help to design, build, test, and improve AI-enabled tools and workflows.
Build and maintain report tooling such as dashboards, Cursor Canvas etc.
Process and organize large datasets to extract meaningful insights and support operational reporting.
Perform ad-hoc analysis on business trends and results, translate and communicate results to leadership and key stakeholders.
Make recommendations for new metrics, techniques, and strategies to improve team performance and measurement in the future.
Use GitHub to manage code repositories, collaborate with team members, review changes, and maintain a clear development history.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify high-value opportunities for automation, intelligent reporting, data analysis, documentation, and internal process improvement.

Minimum 2 years experience working in a business analysis, data analysis, reporting or data engineering, or strong internship experience.
Bachelor's Degree or higher in computer sciences, engineering, mathematics, statistics, data science or a related degree program.
Interpret novel data sources to improve our understanding of our business position and identify new opportunities.
Expert domain of data analysis and data visualization tools and software such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python, R, or similar.
Expertise or interest in developing AI solutions and implementing governance models.
Working proficiency in XML, data modelling, data architecture & components.
Analytical mindset, with proven track record in using data to measure performance and make decisions.
Excellent problem-solving skills including the ability to analyze and resolve complex problems using data.
Based in the GTA to attend ad-hoc team functions.
Ability to work some nights to collaborate with Bangkok based teams.
