About the role
- We are looking for a Senior Project Manager, Professional Services to join our team in Bengaluru on a hybrid basis.
- This role leads the successful delivery of customer-facing projects, managing complex engagements from initiation through closure.
- The position requires a strong background in professional services delivery, cybersecurity-related projects, and a practical understanding of AI technologies supporting service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Professional Services projects, including planning, execution, governance, risk management, and closure
- Manage multiple concurrent customer engagements involving cybersecurity implementations, transformations, assessments, or optimization services
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, status reporting, RAID logs, resource plans, and stakeholder communications
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical consultants, solution architects, support teams, sales, and customer leadership
- Drive effective governance through regular steering meetings, status reviews, and executive updates
Requirements
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent
- Minimum 6 years experience with managing projects related to cybersecurity solutions, services, or enterprise security programmes
Preferred qualifications
- Experience leveraging AI-driven project management tools, predictive analytics, or automation frameworks to optimize resource allocation, track milestones, and streamline professional services delivery
- Working knowledge of AI concepts, tools, and use cases relevant to service delivery or customer transformation
- Experience in delivery of large, complex projects with multiple workstreams
