The Order Management Specialist, Returns will support the returns process by ensuring requests are accurately reviewed, processed, and resolved in a timely manner.

This is a hybrid role based in Islamabad.

Manage return requests from initiation through resolution, ensuring accurate documentation and timely completion.
Review customer accounts, orders, invoices, and related records to validate return eligibility and required actions.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve return-related issues, exceptions, credits, replacements, and account updates.
Maintain accurate records in relevant business systems and ensure transactions follow established policies and controls.
Monitor return activity and operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Investigate root causes of recurring issues and recommend process improvements that increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Prepare reporting and analysis to support operational reviews and informed decision-making.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
0 - 1 year of experience in order management, returns operations, billing, collections, or a related business operations function.
Experience managing transaction-based workflows in a high-volume environment.
Familiarity with CRM, ERP, billing, or order management systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to prioritize competing requests, manage deadlines, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
