About the role
- Anthropic is seeking a Partner Success Lead in Munich to own a book of in-flight customer engagements across a set of managed partners in EMEA.
- The role ensures that partner-led work finishes on scope, customer Claude usage grows, and stalled engagements are diagnosed and unblocked before disengagement.
Responsibilities
- Own every customer engagement in your book from partner match to completed outcome, monitoring scope, timeline, blockers, and customer Claude usage trends weekly.
- Run the weekly delivery review across your book and bring stalled or at-risk engagements to the weekly at-risk account review with a diagnosis, an owner, and a specific ask.
- Handle unblocking issues across partner capacity, scope creep, customer readiness, product questions, deal-registration conflicts, and customer dissatisfaction.
- Own delivery quality and consumption across your book by tracking engagements completed on time, time to completion, delivered consumption, and weekly active use.
- Build senior relationships with each managed partner's practice and delivery leadership to establish executive-level trust and collaboration.
- Build each partner's Claude practice through certified bench depth, repeatable industry offerings, and published customer stories from completed engagements.
- Convert proven methods into named, reusable best practices, review packs, unblocking plays, and practice-building guides to share at scale.
- Run quarterly practice reviews with each managed partner's alliance and delivery leads covering joint goals, customer adoption, certified practitioners, and positioning.
- Present and persuade across diverse audiences, delivering partner executive briefings, practitioner enablement sessions, and internal reviews.
- Steward funding requests from partners by recommending for or against co-investment and program funding against stated outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience owning a high-volume book of concurrent customer engagements, projects, or accounts (roughly 10 to 30 at a time) to completed outcomes in a relevant role.
- Ability and appetite to build structure, clarity, and programmatic motions out of in-flight work while delivering engagement by engagement.
- Track record of a number tied to completed work and customer behavior rather than contract signature, along with a built operating rhythm.
- Judgment on delivery quality to review partner engagement plans or scopes and determine finish timing and usage production.
- Escalation and unblocking judgment across a matrix involving partners, customers, direct sales, customer success, and product teams.
- Convincing speaker and presenter capable of carrying executive briefings, enablement sessions, and escalations.
- Deep understanding of how customer success works in a usage-based business with experience holding a number tied to customer behavior.
- Technical fluency sufficient to follow a partner architect's walkthrough of a Claude engagement and ask substantive follow-up questions.
- Active daily use of Claude or another large language model as part of work preparation, account planning, and book analysis.
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience in a relevant field.
Preferred qualifications
- 5 to 8 years working with consulting and systems integration partners, or in delivery-facing customer success at a software company, cloud platform, or partner-led business.
- Direct experience with systems integrators such as Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, Infosys, TCS, or Wipro, or regional and boutique firms.
- Experience running at-risk or red account reviews and turning stalled work around.
- Experience anchoring a surge team, setting playbooks and review packs for contract or offshore delivery coordinators.
- Depth in a specific industry vertical such as financial services, healthcare, public sector, retail, or manufacturing.
- Experience stewarding co-investment funding or market development funding against specific outcomes.
- Experience running quarterly business reviews with consulting firm practice leads.
- Experience on a new team where the operating model was being written while running the book.
