About Firecrawl
- Firecrawl is the easiest way to turn the web into data AI agents can use. One API call converts any URL into clean, LLM-ready markdown or structured data. It's the boring-hard problem everyone building with LLMs eventually hits, solved.
- In September 2026 we raised a $75M Series B led by Smash Capital, and we're spending it building the largest repository of knowledge in the world. We hit 8 figures in ARR in year one and more than doubled it in year two. We have 183k+ GitHub stars, putting us in the top 50 repositories of all time, and developers, agents, and category-defining AI companies build on us every day. Growth like this is rare, and we're just getting started.
- We're a small team punching far above our weight, working out of SF HQ and our new Toronto Hub. Everyone here owns a real piece of the product and company, end to end, and runs it themselves. No hiding behind process or headcount.
- This is a place for people who want to work at the frontier: an AI company building the infrastructure other AI companies run on, not one bolting AI onto an existing product. We move fast, go deep, and are building the tools superintelligence will rely on to gather data from the web. That library is called Alexandria, and it starts now.
About the role
- Firecrawl is hiring a Partnerships Manager for Alexandria, the knowledge library launched to give AI agents a way to discover sources and retrieve from official data providers, publishers, and indexes.
- As the first hire on data partnerships, you will work with the Head of Data Partnerships and Alexandria engineers to drive supply-side deal work, taking sources from first conversation to a listing agents call every day.
- You will own two motions encompassing inbound provider requests and the long tail of sources agents want, growing into owning a provider category and team as the catalog scales.
Responsibilities
- Run the inbound queue by managing the Alexandria waitlist and partnerships inbox to evaluate supply fit, agent demand, rights holders, and partnership viability.
- Call and run technical evaluations with Alexandria engineers when sources require them before signature.
- Work the outbound target map driven by agent demand usage data.
- Run outreach at volume with research behind every touch to reach partnership owners and maintain a pipeline.
- Qualify prospects quickly regarding rights holding, redistribution, and deal potential.
- Pitch principal to principal regarding paid, attributed access to agent demand.
- Negotiate commercial terms, attribution, usage and redistribution rights, and pilot scope.
- Run provider calls covering precedents, gate to yes, rights scope, carve-outs, reporting shape, pilot scope, and signing paths.
- Handoff signed providers cleanly to Alexandria product engineers with complete corpus details, terms, and technical contacts.
- Keep records of economics and rights captured on every deal past the first conversation and feed product insights back to the team.
Requirements
- A pipeline operator background with experience sourcing, pitching, and signing deals cold, and clearing an inbound queue
- Comfortable discussing price and structure on a first call without legal present
- AI-native workflow where agents and coding tools are used daily for pipeline, research, and follow-up
- Urgency-driven default setting to follow up the same day, close loops, and operate without perfect information
- Curiosity about the market, including reading provider docs, pricing pages, and public licensing records before initial outreach
- Clear communication skills demonstrated through crisp emails, tight calls, and honest status updates
- Background mapping to provider or data partnerships at a marketplace or API aggregator, early business development at devtools/data/API companies, or content/data licensing
