We are seeking a highly motivated Buyer to join our Advanced Effects Procurement team.
In this role, you will support procurement activities for key programs, manage supplier relationships, and ensure on-time delivery of critical materials and services.

Create, issue, and manage purchase orders to meet production and program needs.
Maintain relationships with suppliers, monitor performance, and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, and pricing.
Quickly resolve supply chain disruptions, delivery delays, and quality issues to keep projects on track.
Monitor and expedite orders to meet deadlines and production schedules.
Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and program teams to align procurement with company goals.
Maintain accurate records, track procurement KPIs, and identify opportunities to streamline processes.

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or related field
3+ years of supply chain experience, including technical procurement
Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
Ability to relocate, if not already local to be onsite at our Arsenal 1 campus in Ohio

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to obtain advanced levels clearance.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
