The Privacy Program Manager will join the Legal Team to build and scale ElevenLabs’ global privacy program.
This role involves translating privacy requirements into effective, repeatable processes and driving the day-to-day operation of key privacy initiatives.
The position requires collaboration across Legal, Product, Engineering, Security, and GTM teams to operationalize privacy-by-design in a fast-moving AI environment.

Manage and continuously improve the global privacy program by translating legal and regulatory requirements into operational processes.
Coordinate privacy compliance workflows for GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, US state privacy laws, HIPAA, and biometric privacy requirements.
Manage privacy impact assessment processes including PIAs, DPIAs, and assessments for AI systems, biometric data, and health information.
Partner with cross-functional teams to operationalize privacy-by-design throughout the product development lifecycle.
Maintain data inventories, records of processing activities (RoPAs), and data flow documentation.
Manage processes for data subject and consumer rights requests.
Partner with Security and Legal on third-party and vendor privacy assessments and risk remediation.
Support privacy incident response and regulatory or customer inquiries.
Implement and administer privacy tooling, including consent management platforms and tracking technology compliance.
Develop privacy program metrics, dashboards, policies, and internal training initiatives.

6+ years of experience in privacy program management, privacy operations, data governance, or compliance.
Demonstrated experience operationalizing privacy requirements under GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, US state privacy laws, HIPAA, and biometric privacy requirements.
Technical mindset with the ability to read data flow diagrams and understand system architectures.
Experience building or significantly improving privacy review processes, impact assessments, or control frameworks.
Hands-on experience managing consent management platforms and cookie/tracking technology compliance.
Familiarity with security and privacy frameworks such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
Excellent project management, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
