About the role
- We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and scale Paytm's International Expansion charter.
- This role requires deep hands-on experience in payment products across acquiring, gateways, banking and card scheme integrations, merchant onboarding, settlement systems and merchant experience.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product roadmap for international payments: merchant onboarding, card acceptance, clearing, settlement and payouts, reconciliation, merchant experience.
- Lead integrations with card schemes, onboarding vendors, the card switch, settlement banks, terminal vendors, FX providers and open banking aggregators.
- Design onboarding, settlement, reconciliation, payment, merchant features that meet the regulatory requirements of each market.
- Drive cross-functional execution across product, engineering, compliance, and business teams.
- Work with solution architects and engineering leads, write detailed product requirement documents, and manage roadmaps and deliverables.
- Work with multiple stakeholders, senior management and cross-functional teams to influence quicker decisions and clear technical roadblocks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience with strong exposure to payments infrastructure.
- Prior experience in merchant payments and global fintech environments.
- Strong execution focus with the ability to operate in complex, high-scale environments.
