About the role
- The Product Success Manager for Vehicle Intelligence acts as a product-focused, customer-facing overlay role responsible for the full Vehicle Intelligence portfolio. This position provides deep product expertise, enablement, and strategic support to CSMs and Sales teams to ensure customers achieve value from their purchases.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain deep subject-matter expertise across Outpost, Lightpost, Fleet, Fusus, and ALPR.
- Build and maintain enablement resources for CSMs and Sales Reps, including playbooks and engagement guides.
- Lead adoption initiatives and engagement programs, including webinars and user groups, for the full customer base.
- Manage complex product escalations by coordinating across Product, Support, and CSM teams.
- Act as a structured intake point for field feedback, translating it into actionable enhancement requests for Product Management.
- Manage statewide partnership relationships and ensure alignment with API standards and integration requirements.
- Serve as a liaison to law enforcement leadership regarding statewide initiatives.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing on messaging, webinars, and case studies.
- Represent customer, CSM, and sales-field needs in internal forums regarding product adoption and satisfaction.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Customer Success, Product Success, Product Engagement, Customer Programs, Program Management, or a related cross-functional role.
- Experience in SaaS, hardware/software, or enterprise technology.
- Proven ability to design, standardize, and scale tools, templates, and methodologies across teams.
- Experience leading cross-product initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Strong program management skills with the ability to bring clarity, structure, and momentum.
- Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Strong systems-thinking and analytical abilities with data fluency.
- Ability to travel 30-40% of the time.
