The Program Manager for Risk Operations GTM Enablement will define, own, and execute program strategies for large-scale regulatory initiatives.
This senior individual contributor role acts as a bridge between Legal, Compliance, Engineering, Product, Data Science, and GTM teams to ensure strategic users can grow compliantly.
The role involves designing long-term vision while managing day-to-day execution, documentation, and cross-functional alignment.

Own and execute high-stakes global programs end-to-end, from initial strategy and scoping to project planning and change management.
Drive step-change improvements in operational processes by building systems and workflows.
Bridge compliance and commercial strategy by partnering with GTM and account leadership.
Build and run operating models across diverse cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk, and Compliance.
Prepare strategic reviews for senior stakeholders and manage critical escalations.
Establish structured, data-driven approaches to gather user feedback and turn insights into product and operational improvements.
Diagnose and resolve systemic operational gaps by building self-healing processes and scalable internal infrastructure.
Champion Stripe’s Operating Principles by fostering a high-performance culture.

6+ years of experience in Program Management, Strategy & Operations, Management Consulting, or GTM Strategy in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Proven ability to work independently as an individual contributor managing complex, multi-stakeholder project plans.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex, technical, or regulatory topics.
Deep experience designing, launching, and scaling complex cross-functional operating models, feedback loops, and PMO frameworks.
High willingness to learn, adapt to changing environments, and act on feedback.

3+ years of experience in high-growth technology or fintech environments.
Prior experience working alongside Engineering, Product, Legal, Compliance, and GTM/Sales.
Experience leveraging data visualization tools and analytical frameworks to back up strategic decisions.
