Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience working for an engineering services, consulting, or technical services organization.
Demonstrated experience managing the delivery of work packages with responsibility for cost, schedule, and quality.
Knowledge of engineering services engagement models and project delivery methodologies.
Experience leading projects without necessarily managing a work unit or business unit.

Experience within aerospace, automotive, rail, industrial, manufacturing, or other engineering-focused industries.
Manufacturing or engineering background.
