About the role

Responsibilities
- Bridge Product and Engineering: translate priorities, surface dependencies, and keep both sides aligned on scope, trade-offs, and timelines
- Drive ETAs and results: own project plans, track milestones, and push initiatives to completion on time
- Partner closely with PMs and engineering leads: run planning cadences, sprint reviews, and cross-team syncs that actually move work forward
- Spot and clear blockers early: identify risks, escalate the right issues to the right people, and drive resolution
- Build relationships and engagement: act as a trusted point of contact across teams, foster collaboration, and keep team dynamics healthy
- Bring visibility to leadership: deliver clear, concise status updates, delivery metrics, and project health reporting
- Improve how we work: refine PMO processes, tools, and rituals so teams ship faster with less friction

- Warm, caring, people-first style: you build trust easily and people want to work with you
- Results-driven: comfortable pushing for timelines and holding teams accountable without damaging relationships

- Excellent communicator who can align stakeholders at every level, from engineers to executives
