About the role
- You will manage resourcing, capacity planning and operational governance for the QA services TTC Global delivers to the client.
- You will be the client's main contact for how those services are run.
Responsibilities
- Plan QA team capacity and allocation against the client's project and release schedule.
- Oversee onboarding, coaching and performance of the QA team on the engagement.
- Run service governance: status reporting, service reviews, KPIs and risk tracking.
- Act as the main escalation point for the client on QA service delivery.
- Track hours, budget and contractual commitments for the engagement.
- Drive continuous improvement of QA processes and service quality.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing, including 3 years managing QA teams or services.
- Experience with capacity planning and resource management in a consulting or managed services setting.
- Experience with service governance, KPIs and reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Agile and traditional delivery models.
- Proven leadership and strong client relationship skills.
- Fluent French, spoken and written, and professional English (see language requirements).
- Québec resident, able to travel to the client's Montréal headquarters 1 to 2 days per week.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada and able to complete the client's background checks.
