The role focuses on hiring talent across sales, account management, and global consumer operations to drive revenue and global connectivity.

Review internal and external applications and conduct passive candidate searches.
Interview candidates and act as a consultative recruiting partner to clients.
Deeply understand role requirements and their fit within the organization.
Develop and execute strategies to create and maintain a strong pipeline of passive talent.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates through clear communication.
Find creative ways to capture candidate attention during initial outreach.
Manage a high volume of clients and requisitions.
Represent the company with professionalism, pride, and enthusiasm during the hiring process.

Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience; or associate degree and 2+ years of experience; or 3+ years of professional experience as a recruiter in lieu of a degree.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage a demanding high-volume workload.
Available to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
Must be onsite full-time in Bastrop, TX.
Must meet ITAR requirements as a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

2+ years of sales/go-to-market recruiting experience
Experience with in-house recruiting
Experience with international hiring
Strong tenure with demonstrated success in recruiting roles
Full life cycle recruiting experience, from sourcing to closing
Comfort with reviewing, evaluating and reporting on recruiting data
Ability to distinguish between the top 50% and the top 5% of talent
Demonstrated expertise in non-standard recruiting methods like cold calling and ad hoc networking events
