About the role
- Adyen is looking for an experienced and well-rounded Recruiter to join the Global Talent Acquisition team as a Recruitment Business Partner - Commercial on a 6-month contract.
- In this role, you will directly contribute to Adyen's growth by supporting hiring teams with data-driven decisions, speed of execution, and long-term strategy.
- You will proactively build pipelines, advise hiring teams, and collaborate closely with HR teams and global recruitment counterparts.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing the best candidates on the market and working on talent acquisition strategies together with Employer Branding.
- Managing the candidates' experience from their first contact with Adyen to the offer management.
- Working closely with hiring teams to understand their needs and proactively guide them throughout the entire recruitment process as a recruiting expert.
- Collaborating with HRBPs to align on people strategy and coach hiring teams in decision making.
- Proactively sharing data insights on market, talent pool, and process to ensure data-informed decisions and setting expectations.
- Participating in global collaboration as part of a global recruitment team and supporting with hiring in different regions depending on needs.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in Recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and Talent Acquisition strategies.
- Experience in hiring for Business teams (e.g. Operations, Commercial, Staff).
- Experience working closely with other HR teams (e.g. HR Business Partners, Rewards & HR Operations) and business leaders.
- A proven track record in building solid and long-lasting relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience in collecting recruiting data and leading data-informed conversations to support and influence hiring decisions.
- Experience in an international and cross-cultural environment.
