About the role
- As Clutch scales rapidly, they are looking for a Retail Advisor (Field Specialist) to be the face of the company.
- Serving in a dynamic customer and transportation role, this position involves meeting customers during vehicle pick-up or sale as the first Clutch employee they encounter.
Responsibilities
- Delivering a uniquely special experience to each and every one of our customers inside our new facility!
- Addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint as the face of the company.
- Inspecting vehicles and carefully assessing vehicle aspects to identify potential issues, ensuring the highest quality of service.
- Accurately and efficiently completing customer paperwork.
- Taking thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
- Assisting other team members with various tasks as necessary.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience
- A Class 5 License (valid in British Columbia)
- 3 years of clean driver’s abstract with no major infractions
- Clean criminal background check
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Minimum of 40 hours per week, with overtime as needed
Preferred qualifications
- 1+ years experience in the retail industry an asset
- A passion for cars and the automotive industry
- Experience with warranty products so that you can answer any question that arise during the process
