- Spaulding Ridge is seeking a Consultant to join their Revenue Excellence team in Madrid. This role involves delivering innovative solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem and working closely with clients to address complex business challenges.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to design and implement technology that aligns with client business objectives.
- Understand current processes, pain points, and business objectives.
- Build mock Proof of Concepts within cloud technologies for potential clients.
- Support the implementation of requirements and delivery of solutions.
- Identify issues and structural problems and generate actionable recommendations using cloud technology implementation methodologies.
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of client business needs, goals, and objectives.
Requirements
- Fluency in English.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM).
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite including Excel.
- Desire to learn modern cloud technology platforms.
Preferred qualifications
- Degree in Computer Sciences/Management Information Systems, Business, or similar.
- Previous knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem.
- APEX programming.
- Docusign.
- Java programming.
- Fluency in any other spoken language.
