About the role
- Capco is seeking a Senior AI Product Analyst to support the design and delivery of an LLM-based productivity tool for a leading Corporate & Investment Bank.
- The role involves supporting and driving the growth of the Data and AI practice by initiating and implementing data and analytics programs for financial services clients.
Responsibilities
- Support the Product Owner in shaping and delivering an in-house LLM productivity tool used by 200,000+ colleagues
- Contributing to roadmap execution, product vision, and feature planning
- Develop and refine product features by gathering user insights, analysing MI, conducting research, and tracking changes in user behaviour and needs
- Work closely with Engineering to translate feature ideas into clear requirements and maintain an organised, prioritised backlog
- Collaborate with Customer Success and regional teams to collect feedback, support adoption, and ensure the product meets market and user expectations
Requirements
- At least 5 years' experience across financial services and/or consulting
- Some experience supporting product development or product ownership, with a solid understanding of the end-to-end product lifecycle
- Basic knowledge of Generative AI technologies, including LLMs, prompt engineering, model evaluation, and AI safety principles
- Familiarity with large-scale transformation initiatives involving data, analytics, or AI/ML technologies
- Self-starter with strong initiative, able to operate with limited guidance in a fast-changing environment
- Adapting to evolving technical and risk requirements, and collaborating across diverse teams
- Strong problem-solving skills
