The Senior Associate for Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will strengthen the finance organization at Glance.
This role focuses on driving monthly revenue closing, MIS reporting, and financial automation initiatives.
The successful candidate will collaborate with Business Finance, Accounting, and Controllership teams to ensure financial integrity and process efficiency.

Own the monthly revenue closure process across OEMs, businesses, and markets.
Coordinate with Business Finance, Accounting, and Controllership to resolve revenue variances, adjustments, and accruals.
Prepare and publish monthly MIS and management reporting on revenue and business performance metrics.
Maintain recurring revenue dashboards and performance reports for data accuracy and consistency.
Partner with Accounting to ensure revenue recognition, invoicing, and financial reporting are audit-ready.
Drive reporting automation using tools like Databricks and Power BI to reduce manual effort.
Identify gaps in reporting processes to drive standardization and improved financial controls.
Support monthly P&L closure, including revenue and cost analysis.
Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis and business cases for executive reporting.
Continuously identify opportunities to simplify and scale FP&A processes.

MBA (Finance) or Chartered Accountant qualification.
2–3 years of experience in FP&A.
Understanding of revenue reporting, forecasting, and performance management.
Experience handling month-end close processes, variance analysis, and management reporting.
Proficiency in Advanced Excel.
Experience with dashboarding tools such as Power BI or similar visualization tools.
Demonstrated ability to drive automation and process improvements.
