About the role
- As a Senior Consultant at Putnam you will help lead and manage teams of Associates & Life Sciences Consultants to complete projects.
- Working with Managers and Partners, you will interact with clients to understand problems, develop hypotheses, and structure complex strategic and analytical problems.
- You will lead the daily operations of the team in executing and synthesizing analyses into key findings and actionable recommendations.

Requirements
- Demonstrated excellence during both academic career with a minimum degree required of a Bachelors
- 5+ years’ work experience with other top-tier consulting firms or within the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industries
- Proven analytic abilities
- Presentation skills
- Project and People Team management experience and a team-oriented attitude
- A working knowledge of the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
Preferred qualifications
- MBA or post-graduate degree is preferred but not required
