About the role
- As a Senior Consultant (Case Team Leader) at Putnam, you will help lead and manage teams of Associates & Life Sciences Consultants to complete projects.
- Working with Managers and Partners, you will interact with clients to understand problems, develop and refine hypotheses, and structure complex strategic and analytical problems.

Requirements
- Minimum degree required is a Bachelors
- Previous employment experiences (5+ years’ work experience) with other top-tier consulting firms or within the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industries
- Proven analytic abilities, presentation skills
- Project and People Team management experience and a team-oriented attitude are essential
- A working knowledge of the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry is also a prerequisite
Preferred qualifications
- MBA or post-graduate degree is preferred but not required
