Work directly with strategic customers and partners to design and build bespoke technical solutions.
Own the full build cycle for custom engagements from scoping and architecture through to delivery.
Bridge technical and business stakeholders by communicating effectively with engineers, architects, and senior decision-makers.
Translate ambiguous customer requirements into working prototypes and production-grade solutions.
Partner with internal product and engineering teams to feed real-world customer needs back into the product roadmap.
Identify patterns across customer engagements to help define where bespoke builds should become platform features.
Represent Synthesia's technical capabilities in customer meetings, workshops, and discovery sessions.

Experience building and shipping working software with end-to-end ownership.
Comfort working across the stack or with APIs and integrations to deliver solutions quickly.
Exposure to customer or commercial contexts such as startups, agencies, consulting, or side projects with real users.
Familiarity with how enterprise customers think about technical integrations and vendor solutions.
Experience using AI tools to accelerate output.

Preference for in-office or remote in UK, Germany, Switzerland, or Ireland.
Potential support for remote workers in other European locations subject to compliance and right to work checks.
