FalconX is seeking a Senior team member to join the Institutional Coverage team in New York City.
This position is responsible for working with existing institutional clients, identifying opportunities across the full product suite, and establishing deep customer relationships.

Execute sophisticated account management strategies to deepen the footprint within the existing institutional client base.
Identify and qualify opportunities for clients to utilize additional FalconX services, with a primary focus on driving adoption of derivatives trading and credit and lending solutions.
Establish and maintain lasting relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers through proactive consultation.
Partner with leadership to ensure sales deliverables and account growth strategies align with broader business objectives.
Work seamlessly with middle and back office to deliver exemplary client satisfaction and integrated service delivery.
Identify market trends and generate ideas to stay in front of clients.

3–5+ years of experience in institutional finance, markets background preferred
Deep knowledge of various derivatives, structured products, and/or lending
Remarkable negotiation skills and the ability to succinctly relay complex value propositions to sophisticated stakeholders
Ability to administer large, complex client accounts with superior attention to detail, organization, and time management
Ability to drive coordination and communication across teams
Familiarity with the FalconX product ecosystem, specifically trading and prime brokerage services
