5+ years of experience in internal/employee communications within a fast-paced, international, hybrid environment.
Direct experience delivering HR, change, and business strategy communications.
Experience operating effectively in regulated or complex settings with multi-entity and labor/Works Council interdependencies.
Proven track record collaborating directly with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Fluent (C2) English language skills.
Proficiency in deck-building, basic video editing, Google Workspace, and Excel/Sheets.
Ability to translate complex or sensitive topics into clear, accessible copy.
Experience measuring content performance and tracking metrics.
