The Senior IT Engineer will own and evolve the collaboration platform stack, including Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom, to support global operations.
This role involves hands-on technical execution and platform ownership to build secure, scalable solutions across a complex, global environment.
The engineer will partner with INFOSEC and other internal teams to integrate AI products and streamline workflows across enterprise SaaS applications.

Own and evolve the collaboration platform stack including Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom.
Build and operate integrations and workflows across enterprise SaaS applications using code, command-line tools, and clickops.
Lead Google Workspace operations in a complex global environment.
Partner with Identity Engineering to create a cohesive and reliable employee experience.
Collaborate with INFOSEC, Revenue Operations, and global IT teams to solve complex problems.
Drive the onboarding and enablement of AI products and features across the collaboration stack.

Experience owning and operating collaboration platforms, specifically Slack and Google Workspace.
Hands-on experience building and managing integrations and workflows across enterprise SaaS applications.
Technical fluency with code, command-line tools, terminals, and clickops.
Experience managing Google Workspace operations at scale.
Experience partnering with identity or security teams.
Track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems with sound judgment.

Experience with Zoom or other enterprise collaboration platforms.
Experience working with Slack Enterprise Grid.
Experience onboarding, evaluating, or enabling AI products in an enterprise environment.
Experience partnering with INFOSEC, Revenue Operations, and globally distributed IT teams.
