About the role
- Agoda is seeking a strategic Senior Manager, Talent Sourcing with strong coaching expertise to lead and scale talent pipelines for Engineering, Product, Supply, and Corporate areas.
- This role defines, implements, and optimizes sourcing strategies to attract high-quality, diverse talent across all functions.
- The position involves leading, mentoring, and inspiring an existing sourcing team consisting of 2 managers and 10+ sourcing specialists.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative, data-driven and agile sourcing strategies that can scale with Agoda’s longer-term organizational growth.
- Recruit, mentor and manage a team of 2 Managers and 10+ Sourcers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation and high performance.
- Maximize the effectiveness of sourcing tools, technologies and platforms (e.g., AI, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS capabilities, CRM functionalities).
- Work closely with Recruiting Managers, Hiring Managers and departmental heads to understand complex hiring needs, forecast pipeline demands and calibrate on sourcing delivery and outcome.
- Partner with CoE teams (Talent Intelligence, Employer Brand, TA Analytics) to continually refine and improve the end-to-end sourcing process, including sourcing strategy, initial outreach, screening stages and hand-off to the recruiting partners.
- Help position the team as a pole of excellence for Sourcing by sharing sourcing best practices with global teams and helping them achieve their annual fill-rate target through the expertise of the team.
- Move Sourcing away from heavily manual processes toward AI-enabled workflows, identify repetitive work that can be automated, and drive adoption of AI across the team.
Requirements
- 8+ overall years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with a minimum of 3+ years in leadership or people management role.
- Strong experience with managing manager and leads while coaching and developing individual into people leaders an strategic business partners.
- Demonstrated track record of developing and executing data-driven sourcing strategies that resulted in measurable improvements in pipeline quality and diversity.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and consult with leaders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to improve recruiting workflows using AI and automation.
- Ability to thrive on change and operate effectively in a fast-moving and experimental environment.
