About the role
- The Senior Operations Manager oversees the smooth, secure, and efficient functioning of the liquidity management business.
- The role involves managing trade capture, static data setup, and position and cash reconciliations while enhancing workflows through automation and SOP improvements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain daily Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure business continuity and integrity.
- Manage fund transfers, operational fees, and follow up on fault transfers for accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle trade capture and ledger reconciliations.
- Investigate trade mismatches to maintain operational excellence.
- Collaborate with liquidity managers, technical leads, and business analysts to design and implement operational workflows.
Requirements
- Knowledge of crypto exchange account structures and fund flows.
- Understanding of international transfer methods including SWIFT and SEPA.
- Knowledge of transfer fees, foreign exchange spreads, and intermediary bank fees.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese.
- Proactive mindset with a sense of ownership.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
