ShopMy is seeking a Senior or Lead Product Designer who combines exceptional UI craft with a strong builder mentality to help shape the future of curated commerce.
This role involves partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Design to take ideas from discovery through polished, high-quality execution.

Own the end-to-end design process—from discovery, assisting in research/concept exploration through polished implementation, QA and launch.
Partner deeply with Product and Engineering to help define problems, shape product strategy, and influence what gets built.
Think beyond design deliverables, proactively identifying opportunities to improve workflows, product quality, and customer experience across creators, brands, and shoppers.
Prototype and experiment to validate ideas quickly, communicate concepts clearly, and reduce uncertainty before development.
Leverage modern AI tools and emerging workflows to accelerate design, QA, prototyping, and execution while maintaining a high standard of quality.
Collaborate in critiques and product discussions, giving thoughtful feedback while continuously raising the bar for the team.
Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and accessibility.
Maintain exceptional craft and attention to detail, delivering polished experiences that feel intentional from concept to launch.
Stay curious about new tools, technologies, and product patterns, helping evolve how our team designs and builds.

7+ years of product design experience, ideally in a startup or fast-moving product environment.
A portfolio demonstrating exceptional design, visual craft, and product thinking.
Experience designing across web, mobile, and responsive platforms.
A builder mindset—you enjoy solving problems beyond the interface and aren't afraid to jump into unfamiliar territory.
Strong product intuition with the ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
Comfort with rapid iteration — and comfortable working through ambiguity and knowing when to explore versus when to ship.
Experience creating prototypes to communicate ideas and validate solutions.
Curiosity about AI-powered design and development workflows.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills with Product, Engineering, and Design.
A systems thinker who cares deeply about scalability, quality, and craft.
