About the role
- The Senior People Partner will provide high-touch HR partnership to business teams in India, acting as an internal consultant to support Blink's vision and goals. This role involves implementing talent programs, coaching managers, and ensuring compliance with local employment laws.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders on employee relations, development, and talent programs.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements pertinent to day-to-day employee management.
- Collaborate with the legal department on compliance matters.
- Partner with Talent Programs to implement initiatives that retain, develop, and inspire talent.
- Guide client teams through performance management processes, issues, and improvement plans.
- Collaborate with People Operations to develop policies, programs, and solutions.
- Identify core learning and training needs across different career levels.
- Provide thought leadership on scaling culture, retention, morale, and management effectiveness.
- Communicate changes and launch new programs to cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of HRBP experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a tech startup environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with diverse HR talent tools and systems.
- Experience using data to identify insights that drive action.
- Experience partnering with Talent Programs teams to implement company-wide initiatives.
- Deep hands-on knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance for India.
- Experience working in an entrepreneurial environment requiring multi-tasking and a hands-on approach.
- Ability to manage projects independently.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines.
