About the role
- Cloudflare is seeking a principal individual contributor to lead data strategy and execution for the Revenue Operations team.
- This role focuses on building scalable data infrastructure, implementing AI-driven solutions, and establishing robust data governance to support Go-To-Market strategic priorities.
Responsibilities
- Build a roadmap to improve agility and establish a trustworthy, fresh, and expeditious customer and firmographic data strategy.
- Implement AI solutions to reduce inefficiencies caused by unclear or absent data.
- Partner with Data, Intelligence, Analytics, and IT teams to implement and optimize hardened data management tools.
- Collaborate within Revenue Operations to build a change review board or advanced governance system to reduce friction.
- Create and maintain playbooks and documentation for repeatable tasks to ensure policy compliance.
- Identify and partner with data source owners in the CRM to ensure accountability.
- Address data-related issues, resolve conflicts, and manage effective communication and change management.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Sales Operations or a CRM architecture function.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to build automation, simplify decision-making, and reduce complexities.
- Strong proficiency in building account hierarchies for fast-growing B2B/B2C companies.
- Extensive experience in techniques to scale global data quality, including deduplication and firmographic/technographic enrichment.
- Experience evaluating integrations between CRM and external data systems.
- Experience using various firmographic data sources.
- Extensive experience working with the Salesforce tooling ecosystem.
- Established history of driving multiple complex projects to on-time completion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong quantitative skills and high data fluency.
