Zeta Global is looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape the future of the Zeta Marketing Platform (ZMP) across core platforms, Athena OS, the Agentic Apps ecosystem, and the Data Cloud team.
This role sits at the center of the Product Design team, working wherever the highest-leverage design problems are rather than owning a single surface.
The position is a 6-month contract opportunity.

Own and evolve Data Visualization focused experiences across ZMP, Athena OS, Agentic Apps, and Data Cloud–facing surfaces.
Manage and improve shared design processes and provide quality oversight.
Work as a core triad partner with Product Management and Engineering to define strategy, scope, and execution.
Translate complex requirements and technical constraints into clear, intuitive experiences.
Contribute to AI interaction models, agentic patterns, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) thinking.
Shape how data from Data Cloud and across the platform is surfaced, visualized, and understood.
Lead by example through strong visual design, interaction design, motion, prototyping, and data visualization.
Act as a force multiplier for the design team by mentoring designers, reviewing work, and challenging assumptions.
Create the systems, interfaces, and processes that enable the company to scale high-quality product design.
Present data-heavy design work to executive stakeholders, gathering and synthesizing feedback.

Proven ability to design scalable systems, frameworks, and interfaces that support consistency, flexibility, and speed across complex product ecosystems.
Deep experience working in both Figma and AI tools, leveraging structured libraries, reusable patterns, and scalable design foundations.
Solid understanding of AI-powered workflows, agentic systems, and emerging interaction patterns.
Excellence across UX, visual design, interaction design, motion, and data visualization.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and modern frontend concepts.
7–10+ years of product design experience, with meaningful time spent on complex platforms, systems, or tools (B2B, SaaS, or AI-driven products strongly preferred).
