About the role
- The Senior Product Designer for the Crypto team will own design strategy and execution for retail crypto trading and onchain experiences.
- This role involves balancing 0-to-1 product bets with iterative improvements to existing features while partnering with engineering, product, compliance, and legal teams.
- The position requires an AI-first design approach, integrating AI tools into the workflow for exploration, prototyping, and execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute product design strategy for retail crypto experiences.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, design leadership, legal, and compliance partners from concept to launch.
- Translate complex concepts into intuitive, usable experiences for both first-time users and crypto natives.
- Utilize AI tools to explore problem spaces, identify edge cases, and prototype solutions.
- Uphold and set the standard for design quality across the crypto team.
Requirements
- Strong product design experience on complex, consumer-facing products with end-to-end ownership.
- Active use of AI in design workflows.
- Solid systems thinking skills.
- Experience partnering with engineering, product, research, legal, and compliance in highly regulated environments.
- Bias for action and ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Crypto curiosity and fluency.
