About the role
- As a Product Manager, you will lead initiatives within one of Robinhood’s newest business lines—prediction markets.
- You’ll shape the future of how users engage with complex financial tools by simplifying decision-making and creating thoughtful, engaging experiences for our retail audience.
Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for Trading Tools and Say
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data scientists to ship on mobile at high quality
- Improve how active traders research and act on positions through charts, watchlists, research, and the trading ladder
- Grow Say by making shareholder Q&A and proxy voting easy and relevant for everyday investors
- Use data, experimentation, and user research to decide what to build and measure the results
- Partner with compliance, legal, and operations on products that touch shareholder rights and market data
- Communicate priorities and results clearly to engineering, design, and leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree
- 4+ years of direct product management experience building high-quality consumer products on mobile
- Demonstrated history of using research, experimentation and analytics to guide decision making
- Interest in markets and how retail investors trade and manage their portfolios
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Motivated self-starter and scrappy
- Ownership mindset with a scrappy can-do attitude
- Strong communicator and collaborator
- User-centric, strong product intuition
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in fintech, brokerage, or investing products
- Active trader or investor who uses these kinds of tools yourself
