About the role
- The Staff Product Manager for the Agents team will define how users interact with Harvey's AI to create, refine, and verify professional work.
- This role involves owning the strategy and execution for core agent experiences, ensuring complex AI capabilities are intuitive and trustworthy for users.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for a core area of Harvey’s agent experience.
- Build experiences that help users edit, refine, and verify AI-generated work.
- Enable users to inspect supporting evidence and identify areas requiring closer review.
- Partner with Design, Product Engineering, Applied AI, Research, and Platform teams.
- Turn broad product opportunities into focused releases.
- Validate assumptions early using customer feedback and usage data.
- Make deliberate decisions about what to surface, automate, or leave under user control to maintain simplicity.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience building user-facing products.
- Experience in consumer, prosumer, or product-led B2B environments.
- Proven ability to make complex workflows intuitive while preserving necessary capabilities.
- Experience owning problems that span both user interface and underlying systems.
- Track record of turning ambitious ideas into useful early releases and iterating based on feedback.
- Demonstrated ability to learn unfamiliar technical domains and take ownership of product decisions.
