About the role
- GoTo Group is seeking a Senior Risk Analyst for Gopay Lending based in Jakarta.
- The role focuses on monitoring merchant risk metrics, optimizing credit risk policies, and driving data-driven lending decisions using SQL and Python.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze key merchant risk metrics to uncover underlying trends and provide actionable insights.
- Evaluate and optimize current credit risk policies to ensure robust portfolio health and risk mitigation.
- Leverage SQL and Python to analyze complex datasets, driving continuous strategy enhancements and executing them via decision engines.
- Partner with cross-functional business teams to guide and support data-driven lending decisions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive risk dashboards to facilitate accurate, real-time reporting for stakeholders.
- Facilitate periodic credit reviews and internal audits to ensure compliance and uphold risk standards.
- Drive process improvement initiatives within the Credit Risk team to enhance overall operational efficiency.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in credit risk management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of credit risk principles and lending products.
- Experience with data analysis tools (SQL/PYTHON, Excel, or BI tools).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
