About the role
- The Senior Sales Recruiter will own full-cycle sales hiring in the U.S., managing roles from individual contributor to senior management.
- This role involves turning headcount requests into candidate profiles, building pipelines, and managing the end-to-end candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, stakeholder alignment, and offer negotiation.
- Build talent maps and source proactively using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and referrals.
- Lead intake meetings to define candidate profiles and advise hiring managers.
- Maintain pipelines ahead of need through ongoing outreach and relationship-building.
- Manage the candidate journey from first outreach through onboarding.
- Track and act on recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and conversion rates.
- Identify and resolve friction in interview processes and workflows.
- Partner with People Operations and leadership on hiring priorities and workforce planning.
- Maintain and contribute to the QMS.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5–7 years of full-cycle sales recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
- Proven ability to run multiple diverse requisitions simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS or a comparable system.
- Hands-on proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Working knowledge of U.S. talent markets, compensation trends, and hiring norms.
- Fluency with AI tools in the recruiting workflow.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Analytical ability to use data to drive recruiting decisions.
